Mike & Susie treated us to a baseball game.

 Cups was the first one to class.

 Kicking back on the side - the fact that Cups can stand in the pool gives her much security. This factor makes the half an hour drive each way worthwhile.

Unsuspecting, Cups was driven to the Mountlake Terrace pool.  We lucked "in" from the waiting list when someone dropped out of the class.  She was pulled into the swimming exercises and made part of the class right away without much of an introduction.  Cups made sure to turn around to show Mama's her scowl from time to time throughout that half an hour.

 

Cups has loved the water ever since she was a tiny baby.  Mama wanted to put Cups in a swimming class last summer, but she got lazy.  She thought that she should do as much as possible for/with Cups now with the baby coming. 

The little bunny was so slow that Chris came and got her.

Daddy took Cups to explore a new beach after school one day.

In exchange for a pillow pet

Cups looked through her toy chest for 10 toys to exchange for a pillow pet.

She found a singing and talking puppy that she got when she was two from Uncle Mike and Auntie Nancy and hasn't really played with.

Grandma in town

Cups and I enjoyed our time spent with Grandma.  Grandma enjoyed our visit to Molly Moon.  We wished that she would have come with us to see Aladdin at the Fifth Avenue Theater.  :)

Cups at the street fair

Cups walked there.

She tried the bouncy house and loved it. When Mama got hungry, she got out and put her shoes on right away to grab a bite with her.

Cups fully enjoyed her all-day pass - with only a couple short breaks for snacks.

Then she walked all the way home - even after having tripped and scraped her knees.  She was on her feet for about six hours that day.

Uncle Scott and Auntie Brooke got Cups a silver bracelet - what a lucky girl!  Thank you much, uncle and auntie!

After the baptism uncle and auntie treated everyone to lunch at Ivar's on Lake Union - thank you for a yummy treat and family time!
