The girls swam in the pool at the end of the day after gardening, making a mosaic pot, grooming/riding horses and playing with chickens.

New cupcakes recipe

We got a cupcake cookbook from Costco that started each cupcake recipe with a box of cake mix.  We thought we would try.

Cups was involved throughout the entire baking process. 

Cups asked for a cupcake without frosting, so hers got a minion face.

Fourth of July

 

We bumped into Louisa on the way to the kids' parade; the girls had fun!

 

Grandpa and Grandma Chiang-Lin, Uncle Tim, Auntie Robin and Nate came over for lunch.  Auntie Robin made dessert, and the kids helped serve it.  The kids enjoyed the zip line at the park afterwards.

Scope work for Daddy

Cups and Mama fully utilized Starbucks' free wi-fi while waiting to pick up drugged Daddy.

Daddy had no recollection of what happened after we left the hospital that day - other than that he napped for the rest of the afternoon.

The scope work did not find a cause for Daddy's anemia - just as it did not 15 years ago - and neither did the CAT scan this time. The insurance company has approved for Daddy to swallow a camera for further testing.  Good luck, Daddy!  We love you and have your back.
