Brunch at Fresh Bistro

Uncle Kai had Lamb Burger: smoked sweet paprika infused feta yogurt, cucumbers, butter lettuce, shaved red onions, on a brioche bun with smashed crispy fingerlings, charred tomato aioli.

Auntie Tonya had Sopes: fried masa cake, slow roasted pork, sauteed veggies, roasted tomatillo salsa, kohlrabi slaw, cotija, fried egg, black beans, Spanish rice.

Elizabeth had Granola and Yogurt Parfait: Nancy’s vanilla yogurt, huckleberry compote, Maya’s granola.
