Mama dreads going to the annual company BBQ. This year they had invited a face painter and animal balloon artist, so Mama brought Cups along. Cups was very good at work all morning. When we got to the BBQ, Cups played on the swing while Mama and her coworkers headed over to the lunch spread. After Cups ate, she asked to have her face painted. Mama got her in line When she returned, she was very surprised that Cups was having her whole face painted. Well, Mama has always believed that one should go all out if one is going to try something. Good for you, Cups!
Mama made a surprised/shocked face at Cups, and she just pretended that she didn't see it.

Cups asked for a princess hat, and the animal balloon artist also made her a heart wand and a frog - how creative!
People asked whether Cups was willing to remove her face painting at the end of the day. After a nap, she had the chance of showing it to Uncle Thomas and Auntie Lisa, people at the restaurant and Gae and Don right before bed. She definitely got a lot of attention. She loved her face painting. The person definitely did an awesome job. Cups helped remove the paints and commented that they stunk. Watching Cups have fun made the BBQ much more tolerable this year!
