Lots of Love

As promised Cups exchanged donating her hair for the experience of growing her hair out.  She was good for her words.

 10 inches!

Here we go! 

Ducky lips. 

Cups had anticipated for her hair to end at the shoulder level, so she was not thrilled to find it this short.  Yes, she cried through Gofres' and Mama's haircuts and the way home.

We took some pictures, hoping to be selected for the Locks of Love website. (As of 8/3 we have not heard about posting, but Cups has received a laminated post card that stated, "Cupcakes went to great lengths to help a child.")

We got home late but stopped by the store for some gummy worms for consolation, and amazingly they fixed the crying right away.

 

Gofres got his first haircut, too!
