Uncle Ryan shared a picture of the Romanesco cauliflower/broccoli from the farmers' market in Anchorage, and Mama finally saw one at the Pike Place Market. There is always something new to learn about everyday!! We had to try.
Mmmm. . .it has the texture of cauliflower with more of the broccoli flavor.
