On a Wednesday night after dinner Cups helped Mama bake cookies for the cookie exchange at work the next day. Mama is not much of a baker, so we used a cookie mix from Costco. Everyone liked the cookies a lot and thought Mama made them from scratch.
Cups rolled the cookie dough balls in powdered sugar for Mama. After the first tray she did great lining up the the cookie dough herself on the second tray as shown in this picture.
Cups turned out to be a great helper.
Mama cracked up on the inside when she saw how the balls were a little misshaped after Cups handled them - precious.
Cups had fun. This task suit her, so she helped to the very end.
Cookies out of the oven. . .
Cups had chocolate whiskers after trying out a cookie. Thank you for your help, Cups!
While waiting for Mama to finish baking, she straightened out the holiday envelopes for Mama. She tucked down all the flaps. . .Mama found out later that she had licked some closed before we had stuffed the envelopes with the letters. Thank you for your help folding and stuffing, Auntie Evelyne.
