For lunch we had super yummy mussels. We also had salad, bread, fries and a dessert for 12 Euros. After lunch I walked Evelyne back to her office building to see where it was since I couldn't locate it the first day. I did a little bit of shopping and had to get going before I got sucked into the shopping mode, haha. I went back to the apartment and came out with time to pick up Cups' sauce before meeting Evelyne for dinner.
For dinner since Stan had recommended confit de canard, Evelyne took me to a restaurant that specialized in duck. Evelyne had foie gras, duck liver. It is more raw when served as an appetizer or in salad but cooked as a main entree.

My confit de canard had crispy skin and cooked in duck fat. The potatoes also swam in duck fat. It did not take very much for me to feel full.
We had a great time. A normal French meal takes two hours. When in France, I tried a little of their very good wine. For me to drink more, I'd still have to acquire that taste, ha.
Ah, I had at least one picture taken with Evelyne.
